The Modification and Compromise of Restitution Orders in Criminal Tax Cases

The California Lawyers Association (formerly California State Bar), Taxation Section sent an annual delegation of tax attorneys to Washington, D.C., to present papers on issues of concern to California tax practitioners. This paper was prepared by Robert S. Horwitz and Steven L. Walker on the dealing with a restitution orders in criminal tax cases.
