Representation of Non-Filers

We represent individuals, including deceased taxpayers, with unfiled federal and California income tax returns. We work in conjunction with certified public accountants and/or enrolled agents to prepare and file the delinquent returns with the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board, and then formulate a strategy to pay the balance due through full payment, partial payment and a collection alternative such as an offer in compromise, installment agreement, currently not collectable status, or bankruptcy.
