Employment Tax/Worker Classification Audits and Appeals

The firm handles civil and criminal tax enforcement of employers who have failed to comply with their employment tax obligations. These are employers who have delinquent Forms 940, 941 and 944, and employers who owe civil penalties for failing to timely file the required tax forms and pay the tax.

Our attorneys also represent business owners facing worker classification issues with the Internal Revenue Service and/or the California Employment Development Department.
